Credit focusWe are a group of business professionals specialised in accounting, taxation and business advisory. The company is registered in England and Wales, as limited by shares in 2002. We are a Chartered Accountants general practice firm, thus bound by ICAEW code of ethics and part of ICAEW practice Assurance Scheme for commitment to quality, Our aim is to satisfy our customers with high quality services. Our target market is small and medium UK businesses.

Most of our services are considered in two ways by the existing customers. One group thinks it is a most important exercise which produces vital information for the success of a business. Another group thinks of accounting as an obligation and a necessary chore attached to their core business. In both cases we make them almost burden free so that they can concentrate on what they are best at.

Although we have variety of industries in our clients’ portfolio, however majority of them are from services industry. Most of our clients are from restaurants, contractors, retail trades, consultancies, professional etc.

Our members of professional team have over 20 years of experience in the industry and over 10 years of experience in the local economy. We have moved along with legislations as it has been changing i.e. each year we update with new financial act, we have new Companies Act as well and got new international harmonisation in accounting standards.

Normally, all accountants carry out the task relating to preparation of accounts and tax return but we go in depth of the issues and give proactive business advices i.e. using various schemes within VAT, tax planning, accounting systems advice and management reporting for the industry specific issues and compliance related issues

FEE Protection :

The environment surrounding HMRC compliance checks has changed and, from 1 April 2009, HMRC’s powers have increased dramatically. They are now able to make inspections and investigations unannounced.
