Training Opportunity

Course: Professional Accountant (ACCA, ACA)
Period: Normally 3 years

Work Experience and Development to be provided to the student

There are three sectors in the work experience and development for trainee accountants:

Financial accounting including: -

Recording income and receipts & Making and recording payments                        - First Six months

Preparing ledger balances, reconciliation and a initial trial balance                        - Second six months

Drafting Financial Statements                                                                                          - Third six months

Preparing business and personal taxation computations                                           - Forth six months

Office (practice) management (including people)                              - Fifth six months

Contributing to the planning and control of resources

Managing systems and people in the accounting environment

Operating a cash management and credit control system

Management reporting (clients), including: -                                                  - Final six months

Supplying information for management control

Maintaining financial records and preparing accounts

Recording and evaluating costs and revenues

Preparing reports and returns Contributing to the management of performance and the enhancement of value

1)      All trainees would be under training contract

2)      They are to work as per the training schedule

3)      They have to keep the detailed timesheet

4)      They also have to keep up the student training records
